football scholarship to Boise State University in Boise, Idaho.
Immediately after graduating with a Business Management degree he worked as a consumer products sales
representative for Beecham Products. In search of a more rewarding profession he decided that dentistry would
meet his needs. Dr. Dolby was accepted to the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco,
California. He was awarded high academic recognition by the Alpha Omega Fraternity and the Omicron Kappa
Upsilon Society, graduating with high honors. Dr. Dolby went on to further his education by accepting a position to
participate in a General Practice Residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Denver, Colorado and in 2001 he was honored
with achieving Fellowship status in the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Dolby partnered with Tony Robbins and Fortune Management to share his practice management expertise with
fellow dentists to enrich their lives through mastery of personal development and practice management systems.
He was an instructor with the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum in San Francisco where his students learn the latest,
most effective strategies, in building unstoppable teams and maximizing profitability.
