Many things: Easy = sinus congestion or infection, new filling done in area that is high in your bite. Hard = clenching, grinding, or combo of above. To rule out things I'd start with 600mg ibuprofen, stick to softer food for a few days, watch the area & if not better I'd see a local dentist to test & evaluate the area. No worries
