Why does my body feel so cold after taking my last dose of nitrofurantoin? kind of like fever but do not actually feel sick. side effect?

?: Some people have just fever from a drug and the condition is called drug fever. The mechanism is unknown. You may also have chills (sensation of being cold) before the fever comes on. Given that you only had this sensation after having taken the last dose, the diagnosis is uncertain but it would still be wise to avoid this drug in the future since there are other options.
