Go to the ER: Even if it is just a panic attack it is important to get checked. The er doctor will be able to check your labs, ekg, and rule out a cardiac event. If your stress has caused a heart attack you will be in the right place. They will also help you control your blood pressure and of course you will need some tools on how to improve your coping skills.

Please get evaluated: Anytime a person of your age has chest pain it should be evaluated. Depending on the severity, either in the er or a doctor's office. But the limited space here doesn't allow a full history. The purple fingers could be rayaund's syndrome. But since you have chest pain and hypertension, it should be checked out.
