You should see a doctor, probably a cardiologist, to evaluate you prior to vigorous exercise. Chest pain with an elevated blood pressure needs to be evaluated to be certain the chest pain is not coming from your heart. You can start by seeing your primary care doctor who can then refer you to a cardiologist if needed. Good luck to you!
