Coronary artery disease is not the only potential cause of chest and arm pain. This can be pursued by one's doctor or by a GI, pulmonary or Cardiology specialist. Among possible contributing factors are cervical spine problems, esophageal irritation, acid reflux, respiratory, chest wall and anxiety issues.
