Dears, i'm 27 years and i weigh 83 kgs and i'm 177cm ..will bodybuilding make me in shape and lose fat if i eat mostly protien food with minimal fat?

Caloric restriction : And exercise are important for weight loss. Try to have a mixed diet of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts, low fat milk products; avoid saturated fats and no more than one drink a day. Exercise, especially aerobic exercise will help in losing weight. All this is easier said than done and joining a support group may help.

Body building: In general terms, yes. Be balanced, though. Here are protein suggestions: Egg white is superior to all. Quinoa is excellent. Beans and lentils are excellent. Milk protein is excellent. Whole grains are good but not sufficient. Nuts are excellent. Yogurt is excellent. Have 4-5 servings of whole fruit and veg per day. Burn calories. Avoid saturated fat altogether
