Pulsatile tinitus cones/goes in 1 ear for many years had both brain/neck ct angio & mri brain /cervical spine last january all normal no high b/p low cholestrol no smoking only weigh 7.10lbs good diet all blood tests good. worried?

This has been ongoing for years. Seems like serious medical conditions were ruled out. This pattern is not especially worrisome. Most tinnitus presents without clear structural derangement.

Can cervical disc bulge and neck pain/strain cause right side tenderness of head, ear fullness and tinnitus? As per PTA, normal hearing. MRI brain normal too. Taking D high 2000 IU and Nuflam for disc bulge. Can this trigger tinnitus? Can it be cured?
