Interesting: Yes, as a major biological event, you might have had some subtle vascular change with your pregnancy that results in your pulsatile tinnitus. Normal MRI not surprising - cause might be very small blood vessel - not visible on MRI. Pressing your neck is problematic. While it is good to know you can stop it, and you should tell the doctor how, suggest don't do this - producing vascular change.

Possible blood noise: Have your doctor listen with stethoscope on your right ear and head. If he can listen this noise then it is objective tinnitus and related to heart beat and blood flow. If so you will need angiogram of head and culprit vessel could be tied and noise will stop. If your doctor can not hear any sound with stethoscope then you have subjective tinnitus and no treatment is available.
