See an ENT: There are many possible causes of these types of symptoms. TMJ dysfunction, carotid stenosis and ear infection, just to name a few. However, pulsatile tinnitus mandates a medical investigation with radiological tests as well as blood-work. See an ENT for diagnosis and treatment.
