Call the doctor: Call the ophthalmologist immediately. If the uveitis is related to the arthritis, meds such as tnf agents may be extremely effective for both conditions.

Continue the drops: This should be brought to the attention of whomever prescribed the steroid drops in the first place. I would guess that you stopped the drops when the symptoms decreased rather than when the inflammation was gone. Get another look with your ophthalmologist to be sure on this.

Call your doctor: Likely you will need to restart the steroids. Call your doctor for advise.

Complicated issue: You really need to take your ophthalmologist's advice for the management of uveitis. You won't get the kind of help you need online.
