Unlikely...: Low grade lymphomas are not impossible, but are very rare in patients less than 40 years of age. Lymphadenopathy should always be evaluated by your doctor to see what is causing it. There are many benign conditions that can also cause enlarged lymph nodes. Please voice your concerns to your doctor and find out what is going on.

Maybe: It would not be unreasonable to get a biopsy. However, may not change your management. If they are unchanged, monitoring is appropriate. If they enlarge, then biopsy one of them. Hope this helps.
