I have palpable lymph nodes in my neck less than 2 cm \u0026 they move had them for a year haven't grown with no other signs of lymphoma should i be worried?

Lymph nodes: Not to worry as long as they dont grow, are easily movable and are not firm.

Not necessarily: Enlarged nodes are often due to inflammation or infection. If they are enlarged due to cancer(lymphoma) they will typically keep getting bigger with time. So as long as your node is not getting bigger in size, i would not worry about lymphoma etc.
