9 months ago I noticed swollen lymph nodes in my neck 3 in the posterior triangle they are pea sized.one in the inferior jugular chain but is only about 4mm. 1cm axillry node that is firm Had ultrasound of neck not armpit, none have grown. Lymphoma?
