A member asked:

Lymph node 1.7x0.51cm in neck right anterior triangle for 7 months, mobile, soft. u.s. says reactive. blood work perfect (cbc, ldh, esr, crp, fibrinogen, beta2microglobulin) also have t1d and hashimoto's. ent, dental exam perfect. low grade lymphoma?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not impossible, just very unlikely. Given location and lack of change for 7 months, this may represent a reaction to Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. If very concerned, can get in-person re-check every 6-8 months just to make sure it really is not changing
