I would think these are benign, but you could get an opinion from an ENT specialist or general surgeon about the advisability of having an excisional biopsy so you don't have to keep getting checkups. This would also give you peace of mind.

Very unlikely. You can watch and wait. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
