Ultrasound says complex ovarian cyst, septated, internal echos and avascular. says could be possible haemorrhagic cyst but i'm worried of cancer?

Follow-up required: In a patient of your age, it is likely self-limited and very well could represent a hemorrhagic cyst. However, a repeat ultrasound 6 weeks following the first is suggested to document resolution or decrease in size and to re-evaluate for patency of the ovarian artery.
