It might be.: A cyst might be simple or multi-loculated, that is, many cysts in one with many walls that could contain cancer cells. The cyst might be filled with blood, a hemorrhagic cyst, or fluid, or be something else entirely. That's why it should be examined and possibly removed by laparoscopy, etc.. It would be wise to see your doctor for an exam. Good luck.
