Sneaky Ovarian CA: Ovarian cancer is often difficult to diagnose with very few symptoms. However, at your age and without a family history of breast, ovarian or colon cancer (genetic predisposition) it is very unlikely. The GYN or FP MD who ordered the ultrasound can offer other testing for CA if you have further concerns.
