A member asked:

Hi docs, would 1200 mg seroquel (quetiapine) harm me?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Harm: There are risks and benefits in all meds we take. When benefits are more we take the meds.If this is the dose that brought stability, then it must be the right med. The risks are, it can make your diabetes worse, cholesterol high, some changes in ekg. If your md is keeping tract of your weight, gets blood work etc checked and, treat if sayeth the blood. You should be fine try not to gain wt.
