I would encourage: you to tell your doctor all of the side effects you are experiencing as well as how much progress you have or haven't made with your symptoms. Your doctor may work to optimize your medications based o your input. Hopefully you are working with a psychiatrist. Take care.

Communicate!: The medications you are taking are usually prescribed for Bipolar Depression, usually harder to treat. As it has been 6 months and you are not better, you have to be more active in talking to your doctor. There are many other medications that will help and you could tolerate them better.
