One possibility is: that you may feel relatively "empty" if your emotional highs and lows have been tempered by seroquel (quetiapine) and lithium. Life may feel bland without these ebbs & flows - and it may take a while to adjust to it. As far as you feeling better - it may take lots of work. I wish you well.
