Zoloft (sertraline) & Seroquel: Seroquel is an antipsychotic medicine that may be used to help antidepressants like zoloft (sertraline) to work better. Drowsiness can be a side effect, but this may dissipate. Hoping it is effective for you, and you'll feel better soon.
