No.: There is no proof. There is not even good evidence for either. However, there is a general consensus that many medications can cause such damage. If the dose is low, the risk is reduced. There is evidence that serious psychiatric problems, if not treated, can be harmful. But since it is not known, you are left with a judgment call that is best made along with your partner and OB.
