Not likely: Cocaine's effects are usually acute or sub-acute, occurring while the person is using or shortly therafter. Alcohol use together with Cocaine can extend the potential toxic effects, sometimes for a few days by creating a metabolite cocaethylene. It can cause heart attack, stroke and cardiac arrhythmias, along with many other problems. Get help with stopping if you need help, but stop. Check bp.
