Cocaine neck pain : I wonder if that neck pain is coming from your heart. Cocaine causes spasm of the arteries including the arteries tot he heart. That spasm restricts blood flow (ischemia) which can then progresses to a heart attack and death. Cocaine is a very common reason for a heart attack in young people. So, its a good idea for you to go to the emergency room and stop the cocaine.
