My blood pressure is 100/60 in the morning & 130/80 in the evening, in morning i feel a little bit dizzy & fatigue, what cause it & should i be worry?

Am BP 100/60, pm 130/80: You are 37 years old male. The numbers you provide are within the normal range/prehypertension. therefore I would say your BP is normal. By any chance, ere you diabetic or had the Hba1C checked/, do you have a normal kidney function? See a Dr. and go symptoms
