Am BP 100/60, pm 130/80: You are 37 years old male. The numbers you provide are within the normal range/prehypertension. therefore I would say your BP is normal. There are multiple articles, go to Google search and pick one to read. The morning dizziness, may be related to a different issue. By any chance, ere you diabetic or had the Hba1C checked/, do you have a normal kidney function? See a Dr. and go symptoms
