Don't Add, Take Away: Wow. To lose your weight you must take sugars and simple carbohydrates out of your diet and that includes milk. (Milk is a high sugar food). You may want to add or increase your proteins but the answer to your problem is a sugar issue.

Food: Stay away from all foods WHITE in color and you will lose wt. obviously candies and cakes that are not white are also included
