Very important to avoid artificial sugars as in sodas and fizzy drinks or added sugars to beverages. Also empty calories as in fattening foods, like white bread/cake/cookies. And though one might not be able to go to the Gym, Walking is good exercise as is physical running on the spot, stretches and activates that can make one sweat. Stay encouraged and also study and read good books.
