Depends on the cause: Interstitial lung disease (ild) is a broad set of lung diseases. The prognosis (i.e. How the disease behaves) depends on the underlying cause. Homeopathy does not cure ild.

No: There is no current effective treatment for ild although perfenidone may have some survival advantages. It is not yet approved in the us. Neither allopathic or homeopathic medicine has an effective treatment for this disease.
