It can occur.: First, make sure you are not ccp antibody positive. If you are, your rf is irrelevant. Pulmonary fibrosis can occur in psoriatic arthritis and spondylitis, as well as a number of connective tissue diseases. Does anyone in family have psoriasis? Also, it can occur as a rare reaction to methotrexate. Are you being treated with this? Hope these points help.
