Watch him closely...: Pelvic fluid can be seen in association with many diseases. Some of those include problems with the liver, kidneys, heart, appendicitis, or bowel obstruction. The high white count (19, 000) is most commonly seen as a response to infection. Do not hesitate to return to the er if your son does not improve because appendicitis or other serious infections may sometimes not show up in initial tests.

Started as sharp cramp lower pelvic region into groin. Intermittent cramps, last week or so sharp cramps other side lower back and flank and upper ribs. CT scan clear, im a little gasy.I have gastritis. Waves of nausea on occasion. What could it be?
