Abdominal pain: Abdominal pain with weight loss probably not from gastritis and liver enlargement does not happen with gastritis itself, you need to be worked up, get a ct scan of the abdomen to start with, consider a gastroenterology consult.

10 month ago my billirubin was 29, i did the test again after 3 month and it was back to normal 19. Now my test shows it is 35. My doc said is due to gastritis and im on ppi? All blood and liver test shows normal. Should i be worrid? Please help.

5 months upper-mid abd. pain/18 pound weight loss. Upper GI, US, 2 CTs, 1 MRI. UGI found gastritis, HP neg. No help from PPIs. Gallbladder ok. CTs/MRI followed spleen lesions, thought now to be Sarcoid. Could Sarcoid cause other pain? (Lungs ok.)
