Need GI Consult: You have acid reflex not relieved by over the counter zantac, (ranitidine) which is not so uncommon.You can try Omeprazole a stronger acid suppresser available over the counter you also have flatulence problem which may have a different cause consult your doctor or a gastroenterologist to find the right therapy for your problem.

I'm a 27yr old male, 5'5", 140lbs, and have had a slight burning sensation in between my shoulder blades on the right side of the spine right after I swallow, and I feel it right before burping. I'm on 10mg of Celexa and taking Zantac (ranitidine).
