Nausea/vomit: If you workout within 45 minutes after exercise, your body will not metabolize or break down the food fast enough. This will lead to nausea, vomiting, light headedness and GI pain. Best to wait.

Curl, then hurl.: Realizing that there's a finite amount of blood in the body at any given time, after you eat a large amount of blood is shunted to the GI tract to receive nutrients from what you ate. If you then go exercise, blood gets shunted towards the muscles, heart and lungs by necessity, and thereby gets removed from the GI tract, impacting GI function and causing you to maldigest and likely vomit.
