Problem is not bread: If you are trying to lose weight first and foremost you will always need exercise. We are covered from head to toe in muscle and they need to be used.What better way to burn fat than to use our own built in fat burners. This habit will also keep you from regaining weight.Plus if you really love bread the preferred source of fuel for muscle is carbs/bread. Get checked by a wt mgmt med doctor also.
