If you exercise near: mealtime please make sure it is an hour or more after eating so your energy is not competing w/digestive process. If you exercise too close to bedtime it may keep you awake. Many folks prefer morning exercise to prepare them for the day but there is little difference in benefit after taking the above into account. Peace and good health.
