Eat, Rest, Exercise: are all good things. The main question is WHAT do you eat, how much sleep do you get each evening, and what type of exercise do you do. Please see your doctor for a reasonable food plan (or a nutritionist), get enough night sleep so that a shorter nap works for you, and consult a personal trainer at your gym. Peace and good health.
