Can somebody tell me how can an ingrown toe surgery feel?

You are: Given local anesthesia so you won't feel the surgery. Afterwards your toe is bandaged. There may be tenderness but usually no pain meds are needed. If you have an ingrown toenail it is smart idea to have the procedure.

Anesthetic used?: With proper anesthesia, you shouldn't feel a thing. Usually the pain afterward is less than the pain of the ingrown nail!

Not to bad: Many times it can be done in a few seconds without local anesthesia. The longer you wait, the harder it is too get out
