Very easy: It would be hard not to get an infection from repeated use of a dirty needle. The needle takes bacteria that live on the skin and puts them below the skin where they are free to cause infections. If the injection is near a nerve it can injure and infect it. There are a lot of veins that can be infected. Arteries are not as easy to hit but can be done. This is a very serious. Get help today.

Very risky: It's very easy for someone to acquire a serious infection from a non-sterile needle, some viruses and bacteria which can survive for some time on the needle can cause these infections. I wouldn't count on alcohol sterilizing the needle completely. If you're inexperienced, you could injure yourself. And syringe needles become dull after just using it a few times, which also causes tissue damage.
