Little or no risk: Obviously no distant forum adviser can know the source of the blood. If there is blood, there has to be an obvious wound which you would feel and be able to see. If not, perhaps it wasn't blood at all. There is little or no infection risk from a wound from beach stones. An unknown needle wound is extraordinarily unlikely. Keep the wound clean and cover it (e.g. band aid). Otherwise no worries.
