A doctor has provided 1 answer

Difficult problem: Snapping hip syndrome is generally a common condition that responds to antinflammatory medications physical therapy ultrsound and steroid injections. It is difficult id get the injection in the correct spot. In youger patients the problem can be self limiting. So it is wise to wait and give it maximum time. In extreme situations i had two patients that did well after surgery in 30 years.
