Diet and exercise: There is nothing magical about weight gain. If you take in more calories than you burn up, you will gain weight. The problem is that you will gain fat rather than muscle. To gain muscle you must exercise and use those muscles, at the same time as eating a well balanced diet. "mass gainer" supplements are a waste of money.
