Unlikely: A direct fall on the knee very rarely injures the meniscus unless u twisted your knee before u fell. Falling on the knee can result in contusions to the kneecap, pre and infra patellar bursitis most commonly. More significant falls or blows to the front of the knee can fracture the patella and occassionally tear the posterior cruciate ligament( pcl). Best of luck!
