No implants: There are Platelet Rich Plasma PRP injections that some doctors use made from your own blood plasma. Needs special equipment and training for these injections. Some Rheumatologists treat Arthritis in US w this therapy. Running is hard on knees. Maybe consider change in training method, foot wear, sport to prevent further knee problems.
