Agree: Some people like yourself are also predisposed to being 'skinny' and your excess calories will only accumulate at your waist, but as the doc mentioned you likely have elevated testosterone levels (acne, pimples) and thus prone to central weight gain. Liposuction or calorie restriction and exercise to decrease stool transit time.
