Starting last year had upper left abdominal pressure-five months ago turned into pain-had ultrasound (doc said she saw nothing) what should i do next?

Ultrasound: Ultrasound is probably not too helpful for upper left abdominal pain unless is caused by kidney. You might want to have a ct scan.

? Gas collection: Left upper abdominal discomfort may be due to gas trapped in the splenic flexure of the colon. Do you get bloating? Another cause could be mild muscle strain. Are you doing anything that may be straining that area? Do turning and twisting affect that area? If the discomfort persists or worsens, your physician may check further with a ct scan or a mri.
