Need more info: Assuming it's not constipation, a more thorough evaluation is needed to know frequency, duration, location, intensity and characteristics of pain. Several possibilities: retained common bile duct stone, gastritis, diverticulitis, hernia, etc. Sorry to be vague, but a good exam and history can go a long way to making a diagnosis.
