Yes, please....: Yes, please go back to the doc and this time give more details like what makes the pain worse or better, if it is there all the time. Any Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, genital discharge.... There are several possibilities for Left Lower abdominal pain depending also on gender; male or female. One can also request appropriate imaging if indicated.
