See plastic surgeon: Best to get evaluated in person. A detailed history of the area of concern and your allergy is needed. You want to be certain it is just a mole, and there may be another anesthetic that can be used. Sometime they can be frozen, but recurrence and larger scars are more likely.

Anesthetic allergy?: Local anesthetic allergy is very rare and most of the adverse reactions are actually to the Epinephrine added to make the medication stay longer at the site. If you are concerned, consult an allergist to find out which local anesthetic may be tolerated by you.

Allergic to local: Allergies to local are highly unusual, but I am sure you could have something to avoid pain with it's removal. You need to talk to the doctor and they will figure out what to do.
